So now that I have thought about this, The torque converter was mounted only to the flex plate and none of the stub going into the crank. Then, there is a little slop in the converter mounting holes in the flexplate. So, I have a 40-50 pound converter not perfectly centered and the flex plate taking all the weight spinning at 2-5000 rpm. You think this is enough to set up a vibration? Also, Should I be able to turn the pump shaft by hand? Thanks !!!
