What do you mean by no response?
How much air pressure are you using? It's ok to use high pressure, 90 - 140 psi is ok. Low pressure may not apply the clutch.
Use a rubber tipped blow gun to get a good seal to to feed port.
There should be a "thud" sound as the piston applies the clutch pack.
