There is a tap on the driver's side of the trans just forward of the shift selector shaft. Remove the plug and attach a pressure gauge. Below are what the gear line pressures should be in psi:

      P,N: 50-65
      R: 70-100
      D,2: 50-65
      1: 70-100

If the pressures are high, could be problem with regulator value in front pump or EPC. I suggest visiting the Bauman Electronic Controls website (www.becontrols.com) or give them a call. These people are very knowledgeable and can provide additional help in diagnosing the problem.
