cruisomatic leak and ticking noise

just had my motor and tranny rebuilt, I installed the transmission, while turning the drive shaft it made a clicking noise like a card in a bycicle spoke. started the motor and the car was pooring fluid out of the bellhousing

could you elaborate a little? I know I have to take it out, what do you think is wrong? I'm going to pull it out check and see if it ticks while it is out of the rar, see if the pump is damaged and replace the seal

Turning the shaft one direction will be harder than the other.
There will be some noise turning the other direction that comes from the O/R clutch assembly, but it is more like a squeal.

the car made the clicking noise while pushing it forward, on this car ist it possible to missalign the torque conveerter to the transmission and have it slide intoplace with no force?
