I am looking for a 13" tail housing and output shaft for my c6 tranny so i can swap it into my 72 Gran Torino. This tranny came out of a 72 thunderbird and would prefer to use it over converting a c4 as that would cost nearly $800 just in parts to make it work with a 429. Thanks in advance!

These things are dime a dozen at the junkyards here... some cores are only $25! Check around. Also, the trans supply warehouse here in town sells them cheap. Check your yellow pages for transmission supply warehouse.
