Rebuiling the trans on my 68 F-100 resto project and need a schematic of the rear housing setup for the flanged DS yoke. There are two spacers of the same diameter. One is squared off and one is beveled. The squared off one goes on the output shaft followed by the speedo gear but I don't know where the beveled one goes and can't find a diagram even showing it. Any help would be appreciated.

They go on either side of the speedo gear.

One is probably a tad thicker.
Remove the driven speedo gear from the housing and place whichever spacer allows the drive gear to centre in the hole.

Assembly is:

spacer, gear, spacer, bearing, yoke.
