I was having some difficulty with "park" keeping the car from moving. I dropped the pan and found the park toggle rod broken at the eye end that attaches to the linkage. From searching the forum I think I have the information to replace it but where can I buy one?

Set up as race only, manual, reverse valve body. I found a drawing on line that shows it. Part # 7D411

A local trans shop should have some laying around. Ask for a C6 Park Rod.

Make sure you match the old to the new rod. There are different lenghts.

Huh??? ....   Since when?

All C6 park rods are the same.

the lenght of the rod differs after the bulb that activates the park pawl.

No it does not. They are all the same. You may have seen one that was broken so it looked shorter.

I have been in the trans business for over 30 years. I have never seen a C6 park rod that was shorter that any other.

Just make sure you match up your parts.I stand by what I said.
