Dial: LINZ store special - LINZ was a famous jewelry store in Dallas, Tx (later they were bought out by Gordon's, then by Zales Inc.) The dial does not have SWISS on the bottom and the hash marks are not perfect - my guess would be that the modification was performed by the store (I assume with Rolex's approval).
