I want to inform you that the bank is in process of liquidating this account, if in few weeks from now if no body appears to make claim on the account, due to the banking law and regulation of 1985, sub section 18d page 103 chapter 11 of the constitution governing all banking policy in Nigeria, and in accordance to the banking decree 003 sub section 45 which stated that any deposited fund which remains unclaimed after the existing period of four years will be confiscated by the national treasury department as unclaimed fund. This is why I need your assistance and participation, in repatriating this account, I do not wish that this fund should be frozen for no reason so I suggest we make claim on your names.

It falls under the "Nigerian Fraud".

Google "Nigerian Fraud" and you'll find similar emails like this.

Its a money transfer fraud.

Actually you can play with them, usually they are sent by bulk but they would answer your queries directly and one to one, ask question back and they will answer back directly. But don't fall to their trick sending your identification and bank credentials.

Or just simple delete them from your inbox.

The same scheme was used when Eli Soriano's leaders sending out letters to its individual members to give money to the organization.

And at the end of all the "Nigerian Fraud - ADD Scheme" all the properties was named to only one man - Eli Soriano the sole owner of all organizations' property
