Batas party-list sacks member for bringing misfortune

Ang Dating Daan (ADD) vice presiding minister Daniel Razon was sacked from the Batas party-list for allegedly being the reason why the Commission on Elections (Comelec) disqualified the party-list despite winning in the May 2007 party-list elections. According to Atty. Melanio “Batas” Mauricio, founder of the group, the national executive committee sacked Razon from the party-list because the Comelec, in its decision, said Batas party-list is allegedly being used as front for a religious group.
Mauricio even admitted he was very disappointed they lost a representative in Congress just because of Razon when, in fact, the ADD did not do a thing to help their group in winning the recently concluded election. The lawyer also claimed they only decided to include Razon in their group because of his alleged promise that he would donate a big amount to their group and that the ADD would help them in the election.
However, instead of bringing luck, Razon allegedly brought misfortune to the group when they were disqualified by the Comelec allegedly because of him and the ADD. Mauricio also claimed the ADD did not support them in winning the recent election and even turned their back on them when they allegedly tried to register another party-list group, the Kakasaka, at the Comelec. But the poll body did not approve the group’s registration so Razon, who allegedly really wanted to be a congressman, reportedly returned to the group of Mauricio and broadcaster Jay Sonza.
It was the ADD members riding on trucks, jeeps, motor cycles and cars that had lined up the stretch of EDSA - Northbound and Southbound that makes the monstrous traffic that unfortunate early morning rush.

"Batas" Mauricio's claim was also a blunder.
It was the ADD members riding on trucks, jeeps, motor cycles and cars that had lined up the stretch of EDSA - Northbound and Southbound that makes the monstrous traffic that unfortunate early morning rush.
The BATAS motorcade is exactly composed of ADD members, you can tell that they are ADD members because they are even very rude to other motorist, they were shouting and yelling like Eli Soriano

Hindi ko malilimutan, may ginawa ring hindi maganda itong si Atty. Mauricio laban sa Iglesia ni Cristo. Sukat pasamain nya ang Iglesia para lang pumabor sa ADD. Komo di lang pinagbigyan ng pangangasiwa na isama sa line-up ng pagkakaisahang iboto ng kapatiran, nanira na. "Kung ano ang itinanim, s'yang aanihin".

Just a single day after I told [through a posting] Eliseo Soriano, Daniel Razon, Navales, and the attack dogs of the Ang Dating Daan that they have no chance of winning against the Iglesia Ni Cristo at anytime, a thunderbolt coming from nowhere struck the cult and its allies. It was devastating enough to cause the attack dogs to react in weird fashions similar to the character of a canine affected by the waxing and waning of the moon. Some did it in pretense laughter like “Sisa” who became a lunatic because of poverty and fear of losing Crispin and Basilio. Others reacted in the manners of “Tasio”, the Sage, who wished for more lightning to strike but after noticing the dangers to the siblings of the gambler, decided for the intervention of the Most High by way of wailing a supplication.
Missing are the characters of misperceived intellect, holier than thou attitude, the bravado, and the braggadocio. INDEED, POSITIVE PARADIGM SHIFTS FROM THE CALLOUS AND HARDHEADED TO THE MORE RIGHTEOUS AND PRAGMATIC APPROACH OF WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG!!!
The thunderbolt delivered messages of both truth and falsity which had long been hidden by the “Houdini of Lies and Deception”, Eliseo Soriano, the phenomenal fugitive preacher. What are these truths revealed here? The following is the summary:
1. BATAS party list is disqualified and so does its first nominee, Daniel Razon, Vice Presiding Minister of the Church of God, International.
2. Daniel Razon was also expelled from the National Executive Committee of BATAS.
3. BATAS is a political front of the Church of God, International and therefore the cult is intervening in the affairs of the State.
4. That BATAS was disqualified because of the Vice Presiding Minister of the Church of God, International, Daniel Razon, who is violating the law on the separation of Church and State.
5. That the cult of Daniel Razon was not of any help to the party list, BATAS. DANIEL RAZON PROMISED NON-EXISTENT FUNDS AND VOTES BUT THERE WAS NONE EXCEPT FOR VOTES COMING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE CULT.
6. That Atty. Melanio “BATAS” Mauricio together with his group is distancing from the cult, Church of God, International or “Ang Dating Daan”.

Sinibak sa Batas Partylist si Ang Dating Daan (ADD) Vice Presiding Minister na si Daniel Razon makaraang kanselahin o idisqualify ng Commission on Election (COMELEC) ang nasabing partido at tuluyang ibasura ang kanilang pagkakapa-nalo sa nakalipas na May 14, 2007 Election.
Ayon kay Atty Melanio “Batas” Mauricio, founder ng grupo, napilitang sibakin si Razon ng National Executive Committee dahil sa inilabas na hatol ng COMELEC na ang Batas Party-list ay front lamang ng isang grupong pang-relihiyon.
Inamin ni Atty. Mauricio na masama ang kanyang loob noong madis-qualify sila dahil kay Razon, gayung wala naman umanong ginawang tulong ang grupo ni Razon sa pagkakapanalo ng Batas Partylist noong nakalipas na election.
Sinabi ni Mauricio, kaya lamang nila isinama si Razon ay dahil sa pangako ng kanyang grupo na magbibigay ito ng malaking pondo at hahakot ng malaking boto mula sa ADD subalit hindi umano na-tupad ang nasabing pa-ngako sa halip ay disgrasya pa ang natamo sa COME-LEC matapos silang madis-qualify.
Tuluyan na rin dumis-tansiya ang grupo ni Atty. Mauricio sa ADD at tumalikod na rin sa kanilang programa sa UNTV dahil sa umano’y paniniwalang naga-gamit lamang sila. Kasabay nito ay humihingi ng pasensiya ang pamunuan ng Batas Partylist sa kanilang maliliit at mahihirap na mi-yembro sa kanilang di-uma-no’y nagawang pagkaka-maling pakikipag-alyansa sa ADD na naging dahilan sa pagkakaputol ng kanilang pangarap na makaupo sa Kongreso.

WHAT IS TO BE DONE OF THE FALSITIES AND MYTHS ESPOUSED BY ELISEO SORIANO? IT IS VERY EASY AND SOME OF THE SUGGESTIONS ARE:
1. Atty. Melanio “BATAS” Mauricio should resign as lead counsel for Eliseo Soriano. He could turn State Witness together with Daniel Razon and Navales.
2. The courts and the police authorities should be more pro-active in the capture of the fugitive. General Avelino Razon should and must do his job in a precise and orderly manner by using Daniel Razon as a possible lead towards the eventual capture of the fugitive.
3. All attack dogs, chigoes, and the SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX she-male stragglers of the cult should be used as eyes and ears of the police. I know that the general can do better.
4. The general public should keep an eye on gay bars and parties and must report to the police persons of interest especially those wearing wigs and other disguises.
Good luck!!! If there is a will there is a way!!! As long as man knows how to think there is bound to be a way!!! WITH THE HELP OF GOD, OF COURSE!!!

I don't think ganun-ganun lamang ay basta basta mag hiwalay si Batas at ang ADD. Birds same feather goes together 'ika nga. Batas much ambition desire for public position so obvious - its trackrecord shows, that goes with those ADD heads - eli and daniel.
Although, i still have to see any program of BATAS on UNTV...mukhang di nga nabigyan....sa kanilang "legal consultation" - under good morning kuya - di ko nakita ang pagmumukha ni Batas doon. If this is the sign of parting... goodluck Batas.

PARTY list group Batas may have to hurdle more than the withdrawal of its accreditation by the Commission on Elections after allies of its first nominee claimed that the latter cannot be supplanted by the number 2 nominee without his consent.
The Comelec Second Division revoked Batas’ accreditation last month after it found the party a mere extension of the Ang Dating Daan (ADD) religious organization. The poll body also noted that the group’s first nominee and ADD’s vice presiding minister Daniel Razon had used his position as ADD preacher to campaign for the party in the May 14, 2007 elections.
Batas is appealing the Comelec decision.
Last May 11, Batas counsel Melanio Mauricio said they have already informed the poll body of Razon’s expulsion as first nominee and are hoping for Comelec’s favorable action on their appeal.
Sources at the Comelec said Mauricio also let go the party’s lead counsel Lindley Santillan last August although Santillan continues to represent Razon and third nominee Jay Sonza and has reportedly petitioned the Comelec on behalf of his clients to reconsider the disqualification of the party.
The same sources said Mauricio cannot move up as first nominee after ousting Razon because nomination to a party list group "may no longer be changed, altered, or withdrawn after it has been submitted to the Comelec without the written consent of the concerned nominee or if he dies or is incapacitated."
Even if Razon’s nomination could still be legally withdrawn, the sources said Mauricio would still be disqualified as first nominee to a House seat because he ran as a senatorial bet under Raul Roco’s Aksyon Demokratiko party in the 2004 elections and this is prohibited under the party list nomination rules.
Batas garnered 385,810 votes last May, equivalent to 2.42 percent of the total votes cast for the party list polls and entitling it to one seat in Congress.
Buti naka-alis na ako sa ADD... sayang talaga effort ng mga myembro kasi natalo lang after all those months na naghirap sila sa campaign tapos mawawala lang at matatalo lang... Korek bro! At hindi lang iyon, eh si Mauricio? (Batas) Di' ba't abogado rin ang taong iyan? Alangan naman na di' nila alam ang batas na iyan? Kaya kitang-kita talaga ang maitim nilang plano para lamang maka-upo sa gobyerno eh ginagamit ang lahat-lahat maka-upo lamang sa kapangyarihan! Akala siguro nila eh mga mga tanga ang mga naka-upo sa gobyerno at di' makikita ang pagka-gahaman nila na maka-upo rin sa gobyerno.

My Reply: Kung totoosin bro.AAD ehh pwede naman makaupo sa kongreso ang mga ADD na ito kahit front lang nila ang batas, ang totoo nyan yung CIBAC party list ng Jesus Is Lord ehh nakalusot ehh kahit obvious na front lang iyon ng nasabing religious group. Ang pagkakamali lang ng mga ADD na ito ehh yung pinatakbo nila ehh ikalawa sa pinakamataas na posisyon sa ADD kaya hindi sila nakalusot. Yung anak kasi ni Eddie Villianueva ehh wala naman hinahawakan na kasing taas na position(compare with razon) sa JIL kaya hindi masyado na busisi ng COMELEC. Dapat kasi pinatakbo ng ADD ehh yung kahit myembro nila na hindi ganun kataas ang position. Dati plano nila para sa KAKASAKA na magiging representative nila ay si Bro. Tamtam nila (yung myembro ng MMC) kaso nagulat ako na si razon din ang pinatakbo(KAKASAKA plan pa noon). Masyado Obvious kasi yung ginawa nilang representative, tignan ninyo yung CIBAC ehh hindi mapaghahalataan dahil hindi naman ministro ng JIL yung representative nila.
