I am interested in purchasing U.S. made leg irons that could've been used between the 1920's and 1934. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You might start with a pair of Tower Double Locks. Lots of them made. You can't get much more "American than Towers. Plan on paying about $175 for a nice pair, fifty bucks for a rusty clunker.

I find your date of 1934 interesting.
