Now apparently the guy has his info all wrong since these weren't introduced into the market till sometime after 2000(thinking around 2004-5, not sure exactly but they could tell you). If you live overseas, then it might be a bargain if the other sellers don't carry it as for the paperwork involved in exporting these cuffs.

i live in the uk so would be payingt the exact amount on page in us i think it would be around $80 so not a bargan then
