the $150. may be what he paid for them approx. 12-13 years ago... back about then, a fellow from back east (his sorry) purchased the remaining in storage stock of a LONG AGO shut down army/navy surplus store..... some of the stuff that he acquired were approx. 250 sets of H&R SUPER CUFFS MINT-UNUSED IN ORIGINAL BOXES......... well, i purchased FIVE (5) DOZEN of them from him at $150. EACH --- NO DISCOUNT !!!! PLUS SHIPPING !!! he also stated that he had over 400 sets of HARVARD BLUED LEG IRONS MINT IN BOX & 300 HARVARD hancuffs MINT IN box.... i did not purchase any of either thou.... laid out enough $$$ as it was...... joe
