Horst-Stein patent info

I recently found a German patent Nr. 1652585 dated 25.10.52 for the Horst-Stein handcuff. I assume it is a re-issue because we know they were used in WWII and are even older than that. Does anyone have the original patent number
or date ? I think it is about 1930.

I belive that the originalpatent doesn´t exist... Possibly patented after the WW II.
