Does anyone know where this Come Along handcuff originated, original cost and what its worth in 2009. Claws are steel, frame is brass, with polished and shaped wooden handles. No visible markings. I believe it's from first half of 20th century. It could be domestic as my late former father-in-law, who gave it to me, was from New England, but he also travelled around the world, so I have no idea as to the actual source.
