A set of Tower Detective cuffs.

I agree that they are real Tower Detective or Pinkertons. They are probably the 2nd or 3rd most common U.S. antique cuffs that one would find.
Unfortunately, they are missing all or most of the plating so I would give them a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale. A nice minty one would generate $200 or so.
I would guess about $125 and another $15 or $20 if the key is original. I would figure on receiving that figure if offered for sale here or on eBay.
