Josef - I ordered and paid for some hardware from Ian Cook at The Handcuff Shop on 16 April. Last Friday I received an email to say that my order had been despatched - it was safely received by me this morning. Presumably Ian had a delay with his supplier, but hopefully yours should now be on its way to you.
