RALKEM 9900 handcuffs

Hi to all,

recently I came across a very interesting handcuffs. It is a version of RALKEM 9900 handcuffs, but with smooth finish (rivets are flushed, the same made for Italian detectives in the 1990s). These specimens were made exclusively for Czech gun maker Ceska Zbrojovka Uhersky Brod www.czub.cz. This gun maker is famous for their CZ 75 pistols, Skorpion automatic guns and others.

The handcuffs bear logo of this gun company and CZ letters. Handcuffs were made for Ceska Zbojovka, they were distributed in the set with special versions of their pistols. Not available to civilian market, even the guys from the Ceska Zbrojovka representative shop in Prague have never seen them. I was told probably had been manufactured for export only.

I managed to negotiate a small production of these cuffs for us collectors. Handcuffs will look the same as these originals. Manufacturer still has the stamping tool, so they will make some specimens for us. They are not able to tell me when the handcuffs are made, it is planned for the second half of this year. Probably September - October. They will add this batch to regular production. I must order them within a week because they will plan the production for the second half of the year soon.
