This is beside the point. "In God we trust" is the motto of the US (and of the state of Florida), which automatically gives the US the moral high ground internationally, where the battle cry of all American foreign policy is "Do as we say, not as we do."
N.B. The US motto used to be E pluribus unum, Latin for "Out of many, one". It was changed in 1956 following the realisation that Americans have enough trouble with English, forget about Latin!
That the US incarcerates more of its own than any other country in the world and has, consequently, the largest forced labour population in the world, has to be viewed in context: The US merely is obeying the will of God, and setting a sacred example of why the rest of the world should obey the US. Okay?
Everyone should admire the pyramidal mind-set. It is the model for the great American industrial and financial leaders and heroes. The pyramid should inspire one and all. Countless thousands of persons -- the teeming multitude -- tirelessly and selflessly sacrificing all, dedicating their entire existences to erecting a magnificent edifice of wondrous splendour for the sole purpose of providing an eternal palace for one single individual...after his death. This far-sighted, wisely-guided investment in the future is the kind of activity that made the US everything it is today, and puts a big smile on God's face, making Him an happy creator indeed!
