Tower Bottom Key Model with Swivel

My newest addition.
This cuff is in amazingly mint condition.
I just don't know if it is a Tower prototype or if it could possibly be an old Hiatt/Tower Bottom Key model. I have a Hiatt/Tower Double Lock but I never seen or heard of a Bottom Key model like this before.

Any ideas?

Very nice Mark. I have never seen one.
The closest I have is an Adams on a swivel.

My recollections are that they either have a 3 link waffle chain, or a elongated link w swivels on each cuff. Any markings and/or indications of a mfg date? Since they seem to be so pristine, the usual wear off should not have occurred .......

Now that I have been thinking about it, that key seems to look more like what was used with the Union Hdwre Towers, vs the original that I'm at least aware of! Anyway, what a find!!!!

There are no markings whatsoever .
This pair came with a horrible flat key that was made very hastily.
I made the key which is shown with the cuff.
I will try the original key that came with other bottom key Tower which was discussed in a previous blog.
Not sure what it is that I have but it is pretty.

Thanks
Mark

PS. This is my first post using my new iPad.
I never saw myself having one, but I think I'm hooked now.
