Ok probably our biggest gig to date, we will be headlining at The Cambridge Junction where i personally have seen Dirty Pretty Things, the young knives and The Pidgeon Detectives before to show what a good venue it is on Friday October 19th. This is a really big deal for us and could lead on to big things so we would really appreciate it if our fans could come along and support us to make sure it is an amazing night. It is only £5 to get in and it is in a great place to get to from the station as well. It also finishes reasonably early to make sure people can get the last train.

We will hopefully be organising a coach so let us know if you are interested and if you want tickets then let us know asap so we can sort them out.

We really hope we will see you there to share in this great night.

Driving licence held before 1 January 1997

If you had entitlement to drive cars prior to 1 January 1997 you can drive a minibus provided you are 21 or over and the minibus has a maximum of 17 seats including the driver's seat and is not being used for hire or reward.

To drive a minibus which has nine or more passenger seats for hire or reward you will normally need passenger carrying vehicle entitlement (PCV). To obtain this you must meet higher medical standards and take a further driving test. However, if you drive a minibus for an organisation under the minibus or community bus permit scheme you will not need to have the higher PCV entitlements.

... and i passed my test in Nov '98.

I don't understand why you don't think that maybe the bloke in the hire place would know the law when he let you drive it away and also the police when they pulled you over. Nothing happened so it must be legal. It's only you can't charge people more than petrol costs.

Like i said the other night, the bloke at the hire place probably thought i was older than i was (blame the hair line) and the copper might've done as well, so he only looked at lease contract and luckily not my licsence. If the shit hit the fan, i would've got points on my licsence (or maybe lost it all together) and the van hire bloke would've got a fucking mahoosive fine.

My licsence is catagory B and B1.

Mate, I'm always near Pirton nowadays! 2.5 miles to be exact!!

Yeah, I'll make the trek over at some point this week, maybe even sneak in a couple of beers?

Grixee, apparently you need some voucher to park in the car park over the road, but its not too much... I'll get all the detail.

all good

Right now if people want tickets hurry up and buy them off us because we want to work out how many tickets we'll have left and whether we need to get some more in before hand because it will be better for us if you buy them off us and not pay on the door and it will save you money as well.

I only have six left and not sure how many other people have so get in quick
