Has anyone seen www.sellaband.com and what do you reckon to it. Do you think we should give it a go and would you join and invest if we did. Just looking for a bit of advise from you guys that look at this forum.

Its $10 so works out at just over £5 with transaction fees

so you have to raise £25000 to record and realease a cd, and possibly make a little cash. seems a bit rich to me esspicially if you fall short and no one gets any return.

Na i don't think it would be that hard to raise it. Obviously it would take a while but at the end of it the believers would also get something out of it as well. If you only buy one part then you receive a limited edition album for only £5. Seems alright to me. Obviously it would be better to buy more parts cos then you get more of a return.
