The ex-HMAS BRISBANE is planned to be scuttled off Mudjimba Island on the Sunshine Coast at 10.00am on Sunday 31 July.

The date and time of the scuttling is however subject to weather conditions and will be confirmed closer to the date. Please check the EPA website for updates and monitor news media.

Commercial vessels and recreational boats will have an opportunity to view the scuttling from outside a one kilometre cordoned exclusion zone.

Queensland Police will be enforcing the exclusion zone around the ship. Click here for a map of the flotilla management arrangements.

Further information will be provided in a Public Notice to Mariners, to be issued soon.
