Comparison of two scans and a digital

Below are scans I made of two different exposures of the same subject. The exposure times were about 2 seconds and 4 seconds I believe. So the first image has more shadow detail, but is less contrasty. The second image though has had a contrast curve and brightness increased, while the first has had only a brightness adjustment.

In comparison, here is a similar shot taken with my digital camera and B&W processed in Photoshop.

Which, if any, of these do you like or prefer and why?

In case anyone is interested, the film images were shot on tri-x 320 using a Nikkor 90mm lens stopped down to f22. This is roughly equivalent to 24-28mm on a 35mm camera.
