.....As for part two of your question, I don't dispute France and Russia were in cahoots with Iraq, clearly setting themselves up for when the sanctions against Iraq would be lifted. That does leave me to wonder however, if maybe the fact France and Russia had an inside scoop with regards to Iraq's oil, if President Bush felt the US would be shut out, and if this is also part of why the War Against Iraq was initiated by President Bush? If you want to pursue this, maybe we should start another thread at the top of the page...D'
