There's nothing "Republican" about pointing to the fact that Canadian civil courts can be used by Muslim men to intimidate Muslim women into adhering to Shari'a law, especially new immigrants. Read the link I provided. These women already know about the Charter of Rights. They also know Islamic culture better than you or me.
