Smike, this is the last version of a lie. This has evolved such:

1)Christmas in Cambodia
2)OK, not then but some other time
3)Maybe accidently
4)Dropping off spooks without any written orders.

His commanders say he was never given secret orders. No other Swift boat commander has come forward saying he did similar stuff. There is no record of Swift boats being used for this mission. The crewman that served with him the longest says they were never in Cambodia. None of the guys on stage with him say they were in Cambodia. He did this without a crew? Gimme a break. He got caught in a lie.
