What could Kerry say after those mass graves were exposed?

You miss the entire point of the original post. An elected offical does not go abroad and say the policy of his country is a crock if that's what he thinks. (I will point out here that Kerry voted for the authority to go to war. But then he voted against the funds to fight it.) It is not done. Or it used to not be done. I gave the recent example that those that disagreed with the US action in Kosovo did not travel there and fault the chain of command in front of the troops.
