Response to Brady has tangible and intangible qualities |

...is why Drew Bledsoe is in Buffalo. At the time Brady replaced Drew (2001), I would say Bledsoe's skill level was higher...but not now. Brady has developed and may have surpassed him, but, Toms support unit is better (especially his offensive line). When Bledsoe returned from his injury that year, Belichick made his decision on QB leadership skills and stuck with Brady...the rest is history.
Octo,
I stayed awake to see Northeastern beat Harvard in 2OT last night. Nice to see them in the final next Monday against BU, who edged BC 2-1 in the 2nd game. I'll have no trouble rooting against Boston University because they're my team's (BC Eagles) archrivals. Plus, BU's one the most Beanpots, Northeastern the least. Time for a change...Go NU Huskies! (coached by former Bruin, Bruce Crowder).
A little more than a month or so to go till the Frozen Four competition begins. I always look forward to the annual "East vs Mid-West" battle...but even more so this year, as it will somewhat fill the Stanley Cup void. | |
