It could be worse

As commercialized as our pro leagues may be, at least we don't take it as far as European hockey. Rogers Sportsnet has started broadcasting some Swedish Elite League games during the lockout... I can't seem to get involved at all. It's like watching human billboards on ice, not to mention the players become camouflaged inside the face-off circles.

I wouldn't be surprised if Vince McMahon hasn't come up with something like using an SUV for a linebacking squad... hmmm, rebirth of the XFL?
