I know I'm not the only guy out there, who saved that recipe. It's probably not the perfect cake, for the present sweltering temps, but it would work pretty well on a winter's evening. Maybe tint that frosting green, for St. Paddy's Day? It's not corned beef, per se, but I grew up in an Irish-American household that ate a LOT more meatloaf, with mashed potatoes, than it did corned beef and cabbage.
Now, we need to perfect the dessert-portion of the meal. I've seen some nifty ideas, here and there.
