den Beste has some probable prognostications, but I've read plenty of those lately from some really sharp guys saying McCain was going to win. I'm not sure the MSM will turn on him, but I do wonder to what contortions they will go to to put a positive spin on his actions. I haven't tracked down if it was a joke or not, but someone quoted Sandy Berger today saying the drop in the market was really a good thing because it made stocks easier for the little guy to buy.

I'm reserving my immediate scorn for those in the Repub party and right leaning media that are playing me no Alamo in this. For example, Ace posted that some McCain staffers snarked that Palin didn't know Africa was a continent, she thought it to be a country. That was reported by Shep Smith and Carl Cameron without question.

All is well with the family. We moved from Charlotte to Savannah by way of Long Island this summer and the desktop with the bookmarks was in storage. I'd go through the network54 search function every so often to check in, but didn't see a topical thread when I looked.
