It isn't required reading. However, Whittle has written a number of essays on subjects of U.S. policy, history, politics - the best way to get into the pool is start with the early essays and move forward. I tend to agree with more than 50% of his thoughts, others aree with him, not at all. Either way, the essays encourage rational thought and sometimes spirited discussion. Again, if it's not your cup of tea, simply pass it bye.
