RAF LEUCHARS AIR SHOW 2004

OK guys & gals, I have just got off the telephone with the organisers of the 2004 RAF Leuchars Air Show (Leuchars in in Fife, Scotland for those of you who do not know) We have been asked to put the word out EARLY that, apart from the usual RAF types, there is a also a requirement for AIRBORNE troops etc, to comemorate the landings in 1944 & Arnhem. We are looking for any groups or individuals that would like to attend, either British, American, Dutch, Poles, Canadians, NZ, Aus, (all commonwealth) and even Germans! If you have vehicles appropriate, then they are welcome too... OK, we anticipate hearing "Can't afford the fuel" etc... Not necessarily a problem! All we need are names of groups or individuals who are interested, other problems can be ironed out later... Vehicles can even be collected and returned courtesy of our "friends" if the need arises.
Those of you wishing to attend will get the chance to be photographed both inside and outside the RAF's Dakota, meals are normally provided and accomodation also is not a problem either! So, can we get your details fairly soon if you are interested. Leuchars is in September, I am certain it will take place on the 11th this year, but I will confirm that later, as it "might" also fall on the 18th... It is normally the Battle of Britain Weekend (Saturday) also, possibly on the Sunday, there is also a vintage vehicle rally at nearby Schoon Palace, where reenactors have been known to hang out too.
