Please all be aware that I received an e-mail today from webmaster@cwgc.org with the subject "REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION" and the text:
"Account and Password Information are attached!
***** Go to: http: //www .cwgc.org
***** Email: postman@cwgc.org"
There was a file attachment which I was supposed to open in order to receive the account and password info. The file name was reg_pass-data.zip which is actually a nasty virus.
IF YOU RECEIVE A SIMILAR MAIL DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY
Hopefully your anti-vurus will pick this up before it hits your inbox, but in case it does not - mine arrived via my yahoo account which does not have virus protection - beware as it looked really convincing and since I use the Commonwealth War Graves Commission website a great deal it almost had me!
