Halifax Mid Upper Turret

Does anyone have a picture that they might be able to scan and post or e-mail me showing the Boulton Paul Type A Mk VIII mid upper turret (4 x.303) as seen from inside the Halifax bomber?

Also, how did the gunner get up into the turret?

detailed photographs and drawings are included in 'British Aircraft Armament' vol 1 (R Wallace Clarke) .
see chapter three 'the history of Boulton Paul aircraft gun turrets'
