I am trying to locate the crashsite of RCAF Halifax 111 LW435 coded QB-R. It is believed to have come down in Holland while on a raid to Berlin on 24/25 Mar. 1944. Two crew members died and the other five wrre taken Prisoners of War.

Delivered by English Electric Co. (Salmesbury & Preston) between 29Nov43 and 22Dec43. Airborne 1832 24Mar44 from Skipton-on-Swale. Homebound, shot down between Olfen and Datteln. The two airmen killed in the crash were originally buried 26Mar44 at Olfen. Their graves are now located in the Reichswald Forest War Cemetery.
