You can sign up to 25 players, but can only dress a maximum 20 - 18 runners and 2 goalies.  You must have a minimum of 6 players, one of which must be a goalie, to start a game or you forfeit. 

You are allowed 4 non-playing personnel on the bench one of which must be a certified trainer.
