so then it goes every 16 after that. Give me a break with the Shelburne and London crap. Any centre with only one team and has been around in the OLA should not be aloud to go lower than C. Kudos to the organizations like Whitby and Clarington that push their teams as high as they can go. Look above, Whitby 2 is in A. The centres that in the past that have taken the C2 or D championships with their only team should be embarassed, as you are obviously not doing it for the kids and setting the bar high for them.
