It is not an attempt to eliminate C1 and C2. It is to provide even competition. New centres that are just getting started and small centres with second travel teams can be more competitive. In D last year there were many lopsided scores. Actually more in D than any other category by far. Centres just geting into lacrosse will have a chance to compete and develop their program without getting blown out in their first couple attempts at going to porvincials. It is a good idea I think.
