New Ratings Formatt

Personally I think the way ratings are now its a sham for all teams as the zone gets to rate the teams.

I have an Idea!! now this is just an Idea so dont get all retarted on me...

Splt the province in Half

A rated teams only play A rated teams
B rated teams only play B rated teams
etc, etc.

And if you have to travel to a remote location you make those games on weekends and you split the travel and arena rental.

This will give everyone a fair shake at being rated properly.
Then if A teams are getting killed by other A teams then maybe they can be moved down at the middle of the season?

Or if B teams are killing other B teams they could move up....

Just a suggestion
Got a better one then let's hear it!!!
