 Brenda, the CBCF will then direct the funds to a

Actually they must have 1 every year... If they are an actual executive commitee. If they have a president etc. They must also notify each voting member ( 1 parent per registered child ) atleast 30 days prior to the AGM taking place either by phone, newspaper add, radio email etc.

If they fail to have a meeting or post it ( see above ) you may step in as a concerned member and send them packing.

So call your President if you have 1 and find out..
