Where does it say that a MA must have an AGM once a year or at any other interval? 

There are requirements from an Ontario Corporations viewpoint, but if they are not incorporated, there is no requirement for an AGM or any other type of meeting.  And there is no requirement as to who is/should be invited to those meetings that they have.

I am under the impression that an MA can conduct their business as they wish and only the books are accountable to the OLA.  Everything else is up for grabs.
