 Brenda, the CBCF will then direct the funds to a

Ahhh not true sir.

If you are a corporation it clearly states in corprate law/rules and AGM must be conducted once a fiscal year. and 9 out of 10 times it would be in your organizations bylaws that this is to occur.

Now if you are just a commitee you do not have to follow thw corporation rules unless you have put in place rules/ bylaws to adhere by.

Each center is different.
