Arrow Express Sports is pleased to announce that Matt Vinc of the Rochester Knighthawks will be a special guest on opening night for the tyke, novice and pee wee group Tuesday Oct 18th 6-8pm.

Also a reminder that Monday nights will be girls field lacrosse nights divisions for ages 5 to 25 years.
