Titans Win 14-12 Over Sarnia

Due to injuries and personal commitments, a short handed Oakville Titans squad kicked off their 2012 campaign with a hard earned 14-12 win over the newest addition to the Sr. B League, the Sarnia Beavers. This win was pure heart and a never quit attitude. Congratulation to Sarnia on doing a great job promoting the game and having a terrific attendance for their first game back in the Sr. B Loop!

Scoring for the Titans were:

Shane Scott - 3G, 5A
Cam Monroe - 3G, 3A
Jeff Sehl - 3G, 3A
Mike Gillan - 3G, 1A
Simon Desousa - 1G, 1A
Craig Blinkhorn - 1G
Callon Kitson - 1A

Goaltender Mike Cregan was PHENOMENAL between the pipes, earning his first Sr.B victory of his young career!

Our next action is a road game in St.Catharines on Friday April 27th, before we kick off our home schedule with a game at Glen Abbey Arena on SATURDAY APRIL 28th vs. the Owen Sound North Stars.
