This memo does not allow oversized goalies to wear equipment outside their age bracket. It is simply noting that there is now an option for goalies who do not safely fit into the equipment for their age bracket. It then details the process by which someone may have their case reviewed.

I think this is the right way to go compared to what we've had both currently and in the past.
