I have this motor in the shop now, has been bored .030 over, decked, crank ground, ready to pick pistons,
cam, etc to balance rotating assembly. This is a 4 bolt CJ block, with 4V heads that have been seated with
new valves and springs.
This is where I need help. I would like streetable pump gas power, I have heard that one can get 350-400 out
of these guys?
I am building on a budget, not building a dream racecar, but understand I need a stall converter, probably
new rear gears (have 3.00 in a ford 9 inch under a 71 torino). The torino has a tired 351/2v with C4 and 9
inch. Here are my ladies:

I need to know what other machining I may need I have seen stuff about oil restricter, rerouting oil, etc.
Right now I need to get a flex plate and pistons over to the shop to balance out the crank.
Is that the next step? Any suggestions on pistons? How about keith black KB177 from summit? Somebody
mentioned those...
thanks!
