I'd make a couple of changes to your engine buildup...

Dual plane intake - dual planes are better for low-mid torque - street driving, single planes are better for high rpm use

700 dbl pump - ditch it in favor of a 750 vac sec. Any dbl pump is gonna be a mileage killer on the street
