2 bolt mains with arp studs
line bored and decked to .004
stock crank .010 under, counter weights turned down to reduce weight and windage, balanced with mallory
stock rods arp bolts
pistons kb 149 .030 over .100 dome
4v d3ze oc heads milled to 68 cc (.025) machined for studs
2.19 1.71 si valves
fully ported intake and exhaust, intake ports raised .400 with epoxy
crane gold race rockers
isky solid lifter cam .584 lift .247 @.050 intake .588 lift .256 @ .050 exhaust 106 deg. lobe center.
ford motorsports 9424-a351 milled down to fit 9.2 deck, port matched as close as I could get them. It didn't matter that the ruunners on the intake are smaller than the heads it will out flow the heads all across the board.
750 holley vacum sec may try 850
hooker super comp. headers 1 7/8 primarys 3 1/2 collectors
the motor came out of my old circle track car. Ran 2v heads unported. That is where this cam came from I have been kicking the idea around of getting a new cam, but I will probably wait and see how this one works. I haven't run it on the dyno yet, hope to break 500 hp.
Car is a 67 mustang still in alot of pieces.
9" rear 4.56 gears
c-4 trans no converter yet probably will be 4000-4500 stall
I plan to build a stroker of some sort when this one gives up
